We have signed up with a new payment processor and I just wanted to let everyone know what steps they may need to take in order to continue to have access to the content.
With Stripe we had the option of subscription based billing, where Stripe would remember your card details and bill you monthly/annually.
With our new payment processor we do not have that option, currently. We are working on getting that to be an option, but we have no ETA as to when it will happen as we need to code out a custom gateway.
What does this mean to you?
If you had a subscription where you were billed every month, you will have to manually renew, in order to keep your access. If you have a monthly plan, doing this should add 30 days onto your account.
Where can I manually renew?
Go here and click on VIEW
https://learningcrypto.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/
Then click on ‘Renew Now’
This will bring you into the checkout screen where you can verify the information and then select a payment method

No! The legacy pricing is tied to your account, so even if you were to be inactive for a time, you still have access the $15/month and $165/year plans.

Nothing I would commit to at this time.

No. At the time of your renewal you can continue to pay 1 year at a time or you we may have a subscription at that time.

Hello, I might be confused about your message. The link to manage your subscription is in the article above. We are no longer working with Stripe so your subscription is no longer with them.
Sorry about the confusion, we were cut off from stripe with no warning or time to make adjustments.
It may also help you to understand that the verbiage has changed a bit:
Membership = access to content
Subscription = auto billing monthly/yearly
also if you pay monthly do you automatically get Patreon or do you have to pay and subscribe separately?
There is nothing on Patreon that is not over here, in fact there is a lot of content here on LearningCrypto that is not on patreon.
i just renewed my subscription on Dec. 28. Previously, the subscription was on the 1st of every month. Will the renewal start on January 1 or Dec 28?
I have tried to purchase a membership twice and have not been able to complete the purchase so please let me know what to do
