We have signed up with a new payment processor and I just wanted to let everyone know what steps they may need to take in order to continue to have access to the content.
With Stripe we had the option of subscription based billing, where Stripe would remember your card details and bill you monthly/annually.
With our new payment processor we do not have that option, currently. We are working on getting that to be an option, but we have no ETA as to when it will happen as we need to code out a custom gateway.
What does this mean to you?
If you had a subscription where you were billed every month, you will have to manually renew, in order to keep your access. If you have a monthly plan, doing this should add 30 days onto your account.
Where can I manually renew?
Go here and click on VIEW
Then click on ‘Renew Now’
This will bring you into the checkout screen where you can verify the information and then select a payment method
